What is your primary product or service?
Reddi-Arts sells art supplies for adults and children, provides custom framing services-we'll frame just about anything, color output and graphic design work, invitations, gifts, jewelry, photo frames and more!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I did consulting work for the previous owner and purchased the business in 1982.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We try to focus on the customer and provide individual attention. We will special order an item if we don't have it in stock. We try to follow the golden rule, we treat our customers as we would like to be treated.
