How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1991.
What is your primary product or service?
Our original product offering was automotive stripes and graphics. After a few years, we added some equipment that increased our capability to produce custom products. We currently produce signs, banners, custom vehicle and boat wraps. Of course we still provide automotive stripes and graphics, and sell worldwide on our site.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We came from the industry since the mid 80's. I had some artistic background along with some technical training. It's always changing.... that's what keeps it interesting.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Although we realize the limitations of our product, we try to exceed our customers' expectations. Having come from the automotive side of the graphics business, we strive to make our product look as much like custom paint as possible. This requires that we sometimes use products that may be more difficult to work with and be more costly, but the end results show that it's worth the extra effort.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have only one location for installation in Jacksonville, Fl. We have been working hard to promote our online store to help the Do It Yourselfers, so in that aspect we have somewhat expanded worldwide.
We are also printing and shipping wraps to all areas of the country for installation by certified installers.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and gold doubloons.
Which areas do you service?
We are located on the West side of Jacksonville. We have had customers drive as far as Pennsylvania to have us do their work.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are owner operators.
What are your hours of operation?
9am - 5pm Monday through Friday. You can see we really wanted to be bankers.
