How long have you been in business?
8 years both as a captive agent and independant agent.
What is your primary product or service?
Life Insurance along with a review of the Person's goals toward retirement.I also work the Medicare market with plans to help supplement their coverages.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
1979 became interested in insurance life at that time and over time have alaways had life insurance on us as a family.1995 I enter the field as an agent and like many people made mistakes but learn from them.2002 I started as an agent in Florida and worked with Companies as Blue Cross as a captive agent and work different products in addition to health insurance.I als work as a captive agent with Western Southern both companies are good and i learn a lot as I work within their system.I decided to got out on my own so that as I came across people I could give them choices and present the best options at the time. I been working the medicare market andhave several different companies who are well known to offer supplemental coverage to take for what Medicare doesn't pay.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I like to personiaze my services and am committed to taking time with each client to build their trust if it takes more then 1-2 visits that is what service is about the client.
Which areas do you service?
All of northeast Florida including Duval,Clay,Nassau,Baker,St Johns counties.
What are your hours of operation?
I take Phone calls 9-5 Mon-Fri and set appointments to discuss their needs as needed.
