How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a highly productive sales associate for both Vanguard Realty and Americom Realty I yearned for the opportunity to bring my unique business concept to market.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
In one word; flexibility. Our approach to this industry is unique because we don't 'assume' that a customer will want the same exact services, for the same fee, as anyone else. We offer several choices to our customers on how they can work with us.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently we operate one location in Orange Park, FL. We do have long range goals to be statewide and are poised for explosive growth in the near futre in Orlando and South Florida.

What type of payments do you accept?
Check, American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and occasionally Cash. We process all credit card payments through Google Checkout or PayPal for enhanced security and customer protection.
Which areas do you service?
Our primary focus at this time is the Jacksonville marketplace and surrounding communities such as Jacksonville Beach, Julington Creek Plantation, Orange Park, Fleming Island and the tri-county area (Duval, Clay & St. Johns). We are licensed and fully capable of participating in real estate transactions throughout the entire state of Florida.
