We are a jury trial law firm representing only injury and accident victims.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
In 10th Grade Civics class at Wayne met a lawyer for the first time who explained how lawyers in communities, large and small, are integral to the fabric of our society. They help people find civil ways to resolve disputes. That instilled in Wayne a life-long interest in civic engagement and a respect for the key role the law and lawyers play in shaping the American way of life.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Terrell Hogan has completed thousands of cases, many large, of course, but also those small in the eyes of others but important of those whose rights had been trampled. Our board certified trial attorneys who have extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of personal injury and wrongful death law. So no matter what your case is, you can feel confident that we have firsthand knowledge to apply to the task. We are conveniently located in Downtown Jacksonville (five bridges and two interstate highways provide easy access to our office with plenty of parking). We are on the 8th Floor of the Blackstone Building, 233 East Bay Street Jacksonville, FL 32202.
What type of payments do you accept?
When you employ Terrell Hogan, there will be no hourly fees for you to pay. The only fee, ever, is based on our success at seeking justice for you, either by a settlement you authorize or based on a verdict and judgment in your favor. If there is no recovery, there is no fee, and you will not have to reimburse any expenses we paid to investigate and prosecute your case.

What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm. However, ours is not a 9-to-5 job. Our attorneys and staff are readily available and we can continue working at lunch, during court recesses and into the night on behalf of our clients.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
