How long have you been in business?
I have been in the accounting field for 7+ years doing payroll, payroll tax deposits, e-filing forms, and monthly bookkeeping work to name just a few items that we offer as services to our 100+ local small businesses.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is bookkeeping. We offer in three variations: monthly, quarterly, and yearly. The main advantage of a monthly account is that the client can see how their business is progressing throughout the year with the P&L and Balance Sheet reports that we provide. Based on that information alone the client can make adjustments to the business as necessary to reduce their tax liability at year end.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been working in bookkeeping for over 7 years now and with God's help I have been able to progress to owning my Incorporation. We offer all accounting needs for small businesses in Jacksonville. I have a certification in bookkeeping from the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We come to the client. We pickup and drop off monthly work directly to the client so that they don't have to leave their business. We process the work and are available for any client questions by phone. Some clients have requests that are time sensitive and we process those quickly and accurately. We tried to provide the best quality service that we can.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Right now we are servicing Jacksonville and the surrounding areas; however, we do have the ability to expand to any location using remote software and email as tools to send information back and forth to clients that are not in our local area.

What type of payments do you accept?
Right now we only accept business checks and cash. We may accept debit/credit in the future.
Which areas do you service?
We service all areas of Jacksonville. All of Northeast Florida's counties; however, we only drop off/pickup in Duval county. All other counties, the client can send by mail, email, or they can drop off/pickup if they would like to.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
My name is Robert Zeaiter. I currently run my business.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Saturday from 9am to 5pm. Closed on Sundays.
