How long have you been in business?
We have been serving Jacksonville since 1985! Over 31 years in the Restaurant on Hendricks avenue and in 2013 we opened a second location on Baymeadows road.
What is your primary product or service?
We specialize in fresh homemade lunch food. We only use the best ingredients and source local as much as we can. Chicken Salad and Potato Salad is our two most ordered and favorite items.
Our Catering service is a primary part of our business. We serve Jacksonville with 10 deliver trucks, we do corporate catering and special events from 10 -6000. For special events call Clara 904-502-1750.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My Mother was in the Restaurant business, and I never left my French Grandmother side as she cooked for our family. Learning from two strong women gave me a great start, and my first job was at 13 with a Chef at 12 North at Jacksonville Beach. I loved everything about the service industry. My Husband had a very similar background, his Father was in the Restaurant business and his Cajun Grandmother was probably the best cook I've ever known! We both learned a lot from all of our loved ones and from working in the industry.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We take pride in our Quality and Consistency. We try not don't differentiate, We just want do be Tidbits. Customers know what to expect and we deliver.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have two locations and we will be expanding this year.

We except all types of payments.
Which areas do you service?
We service all of metropolitan Jacksonville, plus beaches and orange park
We do go to Baptist South area, and for large orders we will travel further out.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Clara, Greg, sons Austen and Mason LeBlanc with an incredible team John Staffa and Anson Anglin.
What are your hours of operation?
Hendricks Monday-Friday 11:00 -2:30 (we deliver at other times)
Baymeadows Monday-Friday 10:30-2:30 Saturday 11:00-2:30 (we Deliver on Saturdays)
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
This is better then my Mom's, but I won't tell her:)
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
The customer pays the bills.
